Dennis is the Founder and President of the Global Insurance Fraud Summit. He is considered an international subject matter expert in counter-fraud, with deep domain knowledge across the Insurance Industry. As a Director within the Insurance Fraud and Financial Crimes Practice at PwC he works with customers across the globe. He has more than 3 decades of experience implementing and operationalizing counter-fraud and compliance technology, analytics, and processes.
Dennis’ industry experience includes Law Enforcement, Head of Fraud at a top 5 Global Insurance Company, Product Manager and Data and Analytics lead with some of the top companies across the globe. He brings his passion, experience, and knowledge to engage with industry leaders as a trusted advisor and partner across the globe.
In addition to his role as President and Founder of the Global Insurance Fraud Summit he co-chairs the Associate Members Committee and sits on the Government Affairs committee for the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Metaverse Expert. He has published several white papers and thought leadership articles relating to the Evolution of Insurance Fraud and Analytics as well as Transnational Organized Crime.
In addition to serving as Vice President of the Global Insurance Fraud Summit Celeste is President of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). As President she leads the 4,000 member international organization focused on advancing excellence in the insurance fraud fighting community through education, training, awareness, and connection. Celeste has extensive experience within the insurance industry leading Claims and Underwriting operations as well as over 25 years’ experience leading SIU operations across the United States for State Farm Insurance. She is a recognized speaker and expert within the industry, serving on a number of boards including the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority as Secretary and as Advisor to the NICB Board of Governors and Coalition Against Insurance Fraud’s Executive Board.
Mr. Jay Bobrowsky is a Senior Vice President of Special Investigations for the California State Compensation Insurance Fund – (State Fund) in the United States. He represents State Fund as an ex-officio voting member on the California Fraud Assessment Commission (FAC), and he also currently serves as the FAC Chair. Mr. Bobrowsky has been an active member of the Anti-Fraud Alliance (AFA) since 1995, and he is the current AFA President since 2018. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in both law enforcement and in insurance fraud investigations. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Mr. Bobrowsky was awarded their highest honor, “the Chairman’s Award” for his work on a complex and high exposure workers’ compensation investigation. He is a frequent presenter on various aspects of the detection, investigation and prosecution of insurance fraud including workers’ compensation claims, personal automobile claims, and property claims.
Maxence Bizien is Secretary of the Global Insurance Fraud Summit (GIFS). He started his career in security management in 2002 for sensitive clients. For 11 years at insurer Generali France, he successively held the positions of security manager and then risk and compliance manager, in charge of insurance fraud strategy and the special investigation unit. Since March 2018, he has headed ALFA, the French non-profit professional organization fighting insurance fraud. ALFA is directly linked to the French Insurance Federation (France Assureurs).
